Iowa Head Start Association (IHSA) has been supporting Head Start and Early Head Start programs in Iowa for over 20 years. During this time we have continuously worked to enhance the capacity of its members to promote and advocate for a wide variety of quality services for all of Iowa’s children and families through collaboration, professional development, leadership and advocacy.
