SUMMARY:Head Start Transportation Compliance and Requirements
DESCRIPTION:Open to all Head Start/EHS programs.\n\nStart the school year o
 ff on the right foot by preparing your staff to confidently support transp
 ortation standards and requirements!\n\nMeeting 1303 Subpart F—Transport
 ation requirements can feel like a daunting task. During this morning sess
 ion we will break down the standards and discuss how your program can feel
  confident you have effective policies and procedures in place to provide 
 safe transportation to your students while meeting HSPPS.\n\nCourse descri
 ption:\n\nThis three-hour session is for transportation managers with all 
 levels of experience. This course will give your staff a comprehensive ove
 rview of information to help successively meet transportation compliance a
 nd safety requirements. Whether this is a review of previously covered inf
 ormation or an introduction to transportation standards\, this course will
  help build confidence at all levels.\n\nThis is also a great opportunity 
 to connect with your transportation peers from across the region and share
  what is working great in your program\, share ideas\, share challenges an
 d ask questions. All participants will be part of a newly formed peer netw
 orking group. This unique group will be a resource for support and guidanc
 e as you move forward.\n\nThis fun-filled morning will include the followi
