Meeting Head Start 1303 Subpart F—Transportation Standards and ECEAP Transportation Performance Standards can feel like a daunting task. During this morning session we will break down the standards and discuss how your program and staff can feel confident you have effective policies and procedures in place to provide safe transportation to your students while meeting all requirements.
Course description:
This three-hour session is for transportation managers, bus drivers and monitors with all levels of experience. This course will give your staff a comprehensive overview of information to help successively meet transportation compliance and safety requirements. Whether this is a review of previously covered information or an introduction to transportation standards, this course will help build confidence at all levels.
This is also a great opportunity to connect with your transportation peers from across the state and share what is working great in your program, share ideas, share challenges and ask questions. All participants will be part of a newly formed peer networking group. This unique group will be a resource for support and guidance as you move forward.
