Prepare your staff to confidently support ERSEA (Eligibility, Recruitment, Selection, Enrollment, Attendance) Head Start Program Performance Standards in your program! Great for all new staff and seasoned staff who want to learn about recent updates.

Join IHSA and Wipfli for this virtual three-part training series to explore current best practices, challenges, and solutions. We will review regulation requirements and discuss how you can improve ERSEA implementation in your program. This unique series will consist of three (3) two-hour sessions that will start with a WIPFLI trainer reviewing the following ERSEA topics and ending with the group discussing how their programs are meeting the ERSEA standards that were covered during that session. This group will share ideas, policies, procedures, training supports and other information that will help you better understand and implement ERSEA requirements.
